Friday, September 21st, 2007this is my first time entering the wpja contest, so i wasn’t too sure if i was going to place because it’s such a competitive contest…
the results are in… and i’m happy to say i placed in 2 categories!!! thanks to miranda’s gorgeous laugh and jon+melisa’s delightful cake.

terri : senior portrait with a YWP twist
Monday, September 10th, 2007when terri found me for her senior portraits, she emphasized that she didn’t want the typical cookie-cutter portraits that you see in those major studios. i’m so glad she said that cuz had she said she wanted those, i would have told her to find someone else. terri was definitely the perfect model. not only is she utterly gorgeous, she was also such a good sport about doing whatever it takes to get the shot. as you can tell from the images, there were definitely a lot of jumping, climbing, shaking … and having fun.

Sunday, September 2nd, 2007i love youtube. besides looking up taiwanese tv shows and music videos that i would otherwise have no access to, it’s also the perfect place to discover some really talented people. i just spent the whole morning today watching marie digby’s videos. beautiful voice, check. stunning look, check. wonderfully talented, check. she IS the whole package. apparently she’s already a big internet phenomenon. it will only be a matter of time before she becomes the next big thing on mtv. talent like this needs a good shout out.
